Planning Permission Granted

Our scheme for 19 new build apartments at Straight Road, Romford was approved unanimously at the London Borough of Havering Planning Committee Meeting this evening. This was a challenging process following a previous refusal and a dismissed Appeal.

The apartment block will feature a blend of old and new architectural styles bringing traditional and modern elements into the design. This scheme includes five wheelchair accessible units as well as private gardens for the ground floor apartments and private balconies for the upper floor apartments as well as communal gardens to the rear of the apartments.
